Dressed swimming
- Go from the side of the pool into the water with a jump, feet first,
and go under water completely,
followed by, - 15 seconds tread water with help from arms and legs,
followed by, - 12.5 meter breast stroke,
followed by, - 12.5 meter back stroke,
finished with, - climbing out of the pool independently.
In swimwear
- Go from the side of the pool into the water with a dive,
followed by, - under water orientation and swimming trough a hole at a distance of 3 meter from the side of the pool,
followed by, - 50 meter breast stroke,
finished with, - 50 meter back stroke.
- In the pool, push yourself from the wall,
followed by, - 10 seconds floating on you breast,
followed by, - tread water a few seconds,
followed by, - 5 seconds floating on your breast.
- In the pool, push yourself from the wall,
followed by, - 10 seconds floating on your back,
followed by, - tread water a few seconds,
followed by, - 10 seconds floating on your back.
- Go from the side of the pool into the water with a dive,
followed by, - 8 meter breast-crawl.
- Push yourself from the wall
followed by, - 8 meter back-crawl.
- Go from the side of the pool into the water with a jump, feet first,
followed by, - 60 seconds tread water when turning once to the left and once to the right.
